Schofield Architecture is an award winning design practice with projects throughout Western Canada. Working across a wide range of project type and scale, we view every project as a unique design process with a focus on understanding the specific requirements of the brief.
Current projects include an affordable seniors community in Alberta and a net zero rental scheme in British Columbia. We are proud to have worked with clients including the Foothills Lions Club, Lois Creek, Albion Group and the Victoria and Alberta Museum.

Jon Schofield
Principal - Architect AAA, AIBC, ARB, RIBA, FHEA

Jon is an award winning architect with over 15 years of experience working across Europe and North America. He is a registered architect in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia) and the United Kingdom.
Jon was the recipient of the prestigious Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Silver Medal. He previously worked for the renowned architect Richard Rogers in London (UK) for five years, working on Geneva Airport and World Trade Centre Tower 3 in New York.
He has held positions as university lecturer in both London and Oxford, running undergraduate and postgraduate architecture design studios. Jon received a university teaching fellowship in 2016.
Since relocating to Canada eight years ago, Jon has overseen the delivery of a diverse range of projects, from large scale commercial work for TELUS to a children's care facility for Wood’s Homes.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family in the Rocky Mountains. He is an avid runner and has recently completed several marathons.
Grainger Nimmo

Grainger has a lifetime of experience working within the construction industry as both an Engineer and a Builder. Having founded Rockwood Homes, he has an exceptional background as one of Calgary's premier quality builders. He is both passionate about what he does yet has the knowledge to carry off the most complex of projects.
Grainger brings all of his extensive experience of high quality construction to all projects. He is involved in the early stages of every project to provide input on constructability and cost.
His knowledge is invaluable in making key decisions from project concept to completion, creating high performance buildings on time and on budget.
Paige Winter
Director of Marketing

Paige has a diverse international background in marketing, branding, communications and social media.
She previously worked as global brand director for companies such as Cadbury and Diageo. She has won multiple awards for campaigns and products including Tanqueray and Macallan.
Using her wealth of diverse experience, Paige focuses on the branding and marketing of buildings and communities. She is involved throughout the project design and delivery process, ensuring that projects are financially viable and market focused.
Monty
Office Dog

Monty is an 8 year old Bernadoodle who has taken on the responsibility of office dog.
His key skill set revolves around boosting office moral and ensuring we all take walkies.
When Monty is not resting on the office sofa he enjoys regular dog walks with his friends and chow time.
